SUBMISSIONS

1. Articles submitted to the Milel &Nihal must be typed double-spaced and submitted in two paper copies together with diskette if they are sent by post to the mail address of the journal. They may be sent to the General Editor in electronic form (in MS-Word format) as an attachment via e-mail to

2. Articles are expected not to exceed 7.000 words (book reviews and short notices not to exceed 1500 words) depending on the subject matter.

3. Authors can use both the Chicago and APA styles of footnote citation. All footnotes of the articles used the Chicago style of footnote citation must be placed at the end of the manuscript. The authors who prefer using APA style in their articles must add full information of references of footnotes, i.e. author, title, place of publication, publisher, and date of publication, at the end of the manuscript.

4. Articles and other materials will be published in PDF format.

5. The author should include his/her CV including main publications.

6. All articles submitted to the Milel &Nihal are sent to two referees for evaluation. Authors should allow four to eight weeks from the date of submission for a final evaluation of the articles. Manuscripts cannot be returned.

7. Charts, graphs, and other artworks in the article should be in JPEG or GIF format.

8. Turkish and English are the primary languages of the journal. Authors should add abstract of 200 words of their submission in both language (Turkish abstract of the articles in English submitted by those who do not know Turkish will be translated by the Editor).
